After partnering with Sky Movies in their largest ever sponsorship, Casillero del Diablo were looking to run a social media campaign alongside the sponsorship to ensure maximum brand reach. In case you didn’t know, Casillero del Diablo are a large wine brand who proudly hold the title of the UK’s best-selling Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Develop a larger following to ensure credibility and potentially increase demand, whilst building brand awareness around the Sky Movies sponsorship.
- We achieved the objective by using our dual approach of highly effective and constantly optimised growth based social advertising as well as creating relevant, engaging content that keeps people coming back for more. Over the campaign, we achieved 29.1% growth on Facebook and 31.4% growth on Twitter.
- As a by-product of our work with their growth, we also considerably increased their brand reach. Their total Facebook reach increased from 31,055 in the month prior to our campaign, to 173,044 in month #6 of our campaign. Similar results could be found on Twitter, where they had a dormant account achieving a retweet reach of just 1 in the month prior to our work, which would become 264,083 by month #6.
