Influencer Campaign Management
Picking a creator is the easy decision. Running the campaign well is the hard work.
Someone still has to vet the creator properly, negotiate a fair contract, keep the content on-brief and on-brand, chase it over the line, then prove what the influencer marketing campaign actually delivered. For most marketing teams, that sits on top of an already full job, so it becomes reactive: whichever creator replies first, whatever they post, and hope it lands.
We run influencer campaign management as end-to-end influencer management, from vetting through to the final report, so it’s a proper channel instead of an occasional bet.
— What is influencer campaign management?
End-to-end management provides the structure without the effort.
Influencer campaign management is the structure most in-house teams don't have time to build: a proper process for sourcing creators who fit the brand, contracts that cover usage rights and deadlines, a brief detailed enough to protect the brand without flattening the creator's voice, and a content review step that catches problems before a post goes live. Run an influencer marketing campaign without that structure, and every part of it relies on the creator doing the right thing on their own.
That's what end-to-end influencer management actually removes: the sourcing calls, the back-and-forth on rates, the chasing for drafts, the manual tracking of what each creator delivered. We carry the structure. You get the campaign, the reporting and the result, without the admin that normally sits underneath it.
— human-first thinking
People trust the creator, not the caption. Human-first influencer management means treating each creator like a collaborator, so the audience feels it too.
— Who is it for?
Where brands start with influencer campaign management looks different every time.
Starting Out
New to influencer marketing and wary of picking the wrong creator. We vet every creator so nothing surprises you later.
Burned Before
One influencer post fizzled with nothing to show for it. We build the process so the next one compounds.
Scaling Up
A few creator relationships already exist, managed on the side. We turn that into a proper, repeatable programme.
Stretched Thin
The team is already at capacity without adding creator management. We run the campaign so nothing lands on your desk.
— How we do it
Campaigns built to prove something, not just post something.
Too many influencer campaigns start with a follower count and end with a screenshot. A big name gets picked because the reach looks good on paper, a rough brief goes out, the post goes live, and everyone moves on before anyone checks whether it actually did anything for the business. Three months later, nobody can say whether it was worth doing again.
We start from the other end. Every creator is chosen against the audience and outcome we actually want, briefed properly, and tracked the same way we'd track any other marketing spend: reach, engagement, and what happened after the click. Nothing goes live without someone accountable for what it needs to prove, and every campaign feeds into the same reporting you already get for the rest of your social activity, not a separate PDF nobody opens.
The process
01 Source
Good influencer campaign management starts before the brief: finding creators who genuinely fit, not just the ones with the biggest numbers, and checking their audience actually overlaps with yours.
02 Brief
Every creator gets a proper brief: what to say, usage rights, deadlines and payment terms, agreed before anyone starts filming. It protects the brand without boxing in the creator's voice.
03 Manage
This is where end-to-end influencer management earns its name: staying close to every piece of content, chasing drafts, flagging anything off-brand, and keeping deadlines on track. The part that usually falls apart otherwise.
04 Report
We track what the content actually did: reach, engagement, and movement further down the funnel, not just impressions. Every campaign closes with a straight answer on whether it was worth doing again.

Straight answers to the questions that come up around influencer campaign management.
What does end-to-end influencer management actually include?
Everything between deciding to run a campaign and knowing whether it worked. We source the right creators using specialist vetting software rather than a fixed roster, negotiate contracts that cover usage rights and deadlines, manage the content until it’s ready to go live, and report on what it actually did once it has. You get one point of contact and one result, not five separate handoffs.
Do you just pick from the same roster of influencers for every client?
No. We use specialist database software to search the wider creator market for people who genuinely fit the brand and the audience, not a shortlist of names we’ve worked with before because it’s easier. Every search starts fresh, tailored to what you’re actually trying to achieve. We work predominantly across Instagram and TikTok, so the creators we bring you fit both the brand and the platform.
How long does it take to go from brief to content going live?
It depends on the brief. A straightforward campaign with a clear audience can move in a few weeks. Something more specific, a particular niche, a regulated sector, a tighter brand fit, can take closer to two or three months, because sourcing and vetting the right creator properly takes longer than picking whoever’s available. We’d rather tell you that upfront than promise a date we can’t hit.
What happens if a creator delivers something off-brief?
We don’t just accept it and post it anyway. If content comes back off-brief, whether that’s tone, messaging or something that doesn’t fit the brand, we go back to the creator for amends before it goes anywhere near live. That’s built into the contract from the start, so it’s an expectation both sides agreed to, not an awkward conversation after the fact.
How much of our time does this take up internally?
Not much, that’s largely the point. You’ll be involved at the brief, at creator approval, and at sign-off before anything goes live. Sourcing, negotiating, chasing content and reporting all sit with us. If your team is stretched thin already, this is built to add a channel without adding headcount’s worth of admin, and there’s nothing to prep for beyond the odd sign-off.
How do you measure whether a campaign actually worked?
Reach and engagement are the start, not the finish. We track what happens after someone sees the content, clicks, visits, signs up, whatever the actual goal was, and it feeds into the same reporting you already get for the rest of your social activity. If a campaign only has vanity numbers to show for itself, we’ll say so rather than dress it up.
