— Case Study
Domli made furniture the right way. Social media had to make that actually matter.
Domli's furniture is sustainably sourced and designed in the UK - the kind of USP that means nothing if nobody's looking.
As a team who believe doing things the right way deserves to be shouted about, we saw an opportunity to turn Domli's values into the reason people bought, not just an afterthought on the "about" page. Here's how we did it.
The Challenge
Domli first came to us to launch their social media channels from scratch. For the first four months, the goal was awareness and community-building. After that, awareness remained the priority, but a new goal joined it: generating sales through the website.
The Diagnosis
The home furnishings market is packed with competitors, and Domli was struggling to stand out from the noise. But buried in the brand was a genuine differentiator - all Domli furniture is sustainably sourced and designed in the UK. The bottleneck wasn't a weak USP. It was that nobody knew it existed.
What We Did
In the first four months, we ran giveaways, engaged directly with the community, and built a consistent social media strategy that put Domli's unique range of items front and centre - all in service of building awareness and a genuine following from a standing start.
Once that foundation was in place, we kept the same strategy running while introducing a new layer: conversion ads targeted at a retargeting audience who had already shown interest in the brand, moving people further down the funnel toward an actual purchase.
Throughout, we made sustainability a constant thread - highlighting at every opportunity that buying from Domli meant customers were doing their part for the planet, not just furnishing a room.
The results are in
By pairing high-quality organic content with targeted paid advertising, we moved customers consistently through the funnel - from first hearing about Domli, to visiting the website, to completing a purchase.
Better creative begins with a conversation.
