The Problem

Eden Springs was looking for support with ensuring that all of their social media accounts are consistently active with high-quality posts that portray their key marketing messages. These messages include demonstrating that Eden is an eco-friendly company, that they care for employees and that they're the number one in Europe.

The Approach

To solve Eden Springs’ problems, we create a broad range of content on social media. Our mission was to create a consistent and active social media presence on all platforms while educating potential customers on the benefits of the Eden Springs products.

Because of the wide audience Eden Springs was targeting, we spread our efforts across a broad range of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X (then Twitter), and Instagram. This allowed us to tailor the message for each platform, creating unique content for each audience segment.

Eden Springs' Unique Challenge

Eden Springs is a B2B brand providing a service where, in their target audience, their ideal customers already have their needs being met. Because their industry is highly competitive, we needed to highlight the unique aspects of the Eden Springs brand, namely the care for their team and the sheer scale of their operation.

To do this, we focused on creating a range of human-first content on social media that showcased the team behind the brand, as well as various product-driven content to put their services front and centre on social media.

Additionally, with Eden Springs being Europe’s largest office water and coffee provider, we needed to appeal to a huge audience that didn’t have English as a native language.

To handle this, working with an external team, we translated each post we created into 16 different languages, allowing us to share content that the client’s target audience could understand and appreciate all over Europe.
