— Case Study
Water is water. Eden Springs needed people to care about theirs.
Eden Springs sells something every competitor sells too - a service where the customer's basic need is already being met somewhere else.
As a team who love finding the story hiding inside a "boring" product, we relished the challenge of making water and coffee feel like something worth talking about, across sixteen languages and four platforms. Here's how we did it.
The Challenge
Eden Springs needed all of their social media accounts to stay consistently active with high-quality posts that landed their key marketing messages: that Eden is an eco-friendly company, that they care for their employees, and that they're the number one provider in Europe.
The Diagnosis
Eden Springs' challenge was one of relevance in a saturated market. As a B2B brand, their ideal customers already had their basic needs met elsewhere, and the office water and coffee space is highly competitive. Simply talking about the product wasn't enough - the brand needed to earn attention on its own terms, at a genuine European scale.
What We Did
We built a consistent, active presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (then Twitter), and Instagram, tailoring content to each platform rather than cross-posting the same message everywhere - putting a stop to the unfocused approach that existed before we joined.
To stand out, we leaned into human-first content that showcased the team behind the brand, alongside product-driven content that put Eden Springs' services front and centre - together highlighting the two things competitors couldn't easily copy: their people, and the sheer scale of their operation.
Because Eden Springs serves customers across Europe, we worked with an external translation team to adapt every post into 16 languages, so audiences everywhere could engage with content that felt genuinely made for them.
The results are in
Through its partnership with Giraffe Social, Eden Springs has gone from scattered cross-posting to a genuinely engaged, multi-platform, multi-language audience operating across Europe.
Better creative begins with a conversation.
