The Problem

Nala’s Baby was launching a new baby skincare and haircare brand, and wanted our help promoting this on social media. So much love, care, and detail had gone into this new brand, so it was important to have that reflected on social media.

The Approach

As part of our approach to launch and grow the Nala’s Baby account, we created anticipation for the brand by running a pre-launch campaign to get consumers excited about what’s coming.

Following on from the launch of the brand on social media we posted consistently every day on Instagram, Facebook and X to keep up the momentum and ensure Nala’s Baby remained on people’s radar. We needed to build brand awareness with a varied but aesthetically pleasing social media feed, that engaged the community we were building for Nala’s Baby, ensuring they felt seen and heard through careful community management.

Moreover, we created a branded hashtag and a community called Nala’s Cub Club for parents to use when posting about the brand on social media. This was fantastic for finding user-generated content and helping us engage with other accounts.

Nala Baby's Unique Challenge

Nala’s Baby was a brand-new product to the market, gaining audience trust especially as a healthcare brand was key to a successful launch. As Nala’s Baby had no pre-existing social channels these also had to be built as part of an ongoing brand awareness strategy.

The product is high value in the sense that parents would need to be 100% trusting of the brand to even consider making a purchase, this is where encouragement of UGC and product reviews was key to honing trust with the audience and positioning the brand as experts in their market.

Our Work

Our strategy from the outset was to listen to what the community wanted. We produced a range of high-quality content, utilising product shots and baby photo shots to capture the brand on social media. Additionally, we focused on building a strong Nala’s Baby community by using user-generated content through Instagram reels and static images. We also created relatable and humorous content suitable for their target market to ensure maximum engagement.
