Nala's Baby made skincare gentle enough for newborns. Social media had to make parents believe it.

social media agency - line breaker

Nala's Baby was launching into one of the hardest categories to earn trust in - parents don't take a chance on a newborn's skin.

We know that trust isn't claimed, it's built. Because of this, we relished the challenge of taking a brand from nothing to a genuine community, from the ground up. Here's how we did it.

The Challenge

Nala's Baby was launching a new baby skincare and haircare brand and wanted our help promoting it on social media. So much love, care and detail had gone into the brand itself - it needed to show up just as clearly online.

The Diagnosis

The content problem ran deeper than a lack of ideas. Drops had built a content process with too many layers - multiple approval stages, too many stakeholders, and no clear ownership. By the time content made it through, the energy behind it was gone. Creators were disengaged. Output was slow. And without a cohesive strategy tying it together, what did get published lacked direction. The bottleneck wasn't creativity. It was structure.

What We Did

We built the Nala's Baby presence from scratch, starting with a pre-launch campaign to build anticipation before the brand had even gone live. From launch onward, we posted consistently every day across Instagram, Facebook and X to keep the brand front of mind, pairing a varied, aesthetically cohesive feed with careful community management so every parent felt seen and heard.

To build trust at the speed the brand needed, we created a branded hashtag and a community called Nala's Cub Club, giving parents a place to share their own experiences. This became a steady source of user-generated content and reviews - the single most powerful trust signal for a brand this new, and one that positioned Nala's Baby as experts rather than newcomers.

The results are in

With Giraffe Social, Nala's Baby went from a brand with no social presence to one with a fast-growing, genuinely engaged community of parents.

The content that moved the numbers

Product shots and real baby photography gave the brand its warmth, while user-generated content, reels, and relatable, humorous posts turned new followers into a genuine community of trusting parents.

Better creative begins with a conversation.
