— Case Study
SAP Taulia had everything they needed on LinkedIn. None of it was working together.
SAP Taulia is one of the world's largest working capital management solution providers - the kind of brand with plenty to say, spread across a main page, multiple executives, and a whole internal team.
As a team who enjoy untangling exactly this kind of complexity, we saw an opportunity to bring it all together into one coherent presence. Here's how we did it.
KEY INSIGHTS
Challenge
SAP Taulia was struggling to maintain a consistent strategy across its brand page, executives, and wide team.
Diagnosis
With a reputation to uphold and regulations to navigate, they needed a way to remain consistent.
What We Did
We built a consistent LinkedIn feed for SAP Taulia, tailored strategies for five executives including the CEO, and an employee advocacy program from scratch. To meet financial-industry regulations, we created a custom approval workflow with the internal team, alongside training documentation to get employees active on LinkedIn.

The Challenge
SAP Taulia came to us looking for a full-service solution on social media. They were struggling to maintain a consistent presence on their main brand page and across their many executives, and wanted to get their broader team involved through employee advocacy.
The Diagnosis
As one of the world's largest working capital management solution systems, SAP Taulia had a reputation to uphold - and being closely tied to the financial industry meant a significant number of regulations to navigate. The bottleneck wasn't a shortage of things to say. It was making sure everything said, across every page and every person, stayed consistent, on-brand, and compliant.
What We Did
We split the challenge into three distinct goals: maintaining a consistent, high-quality feed for the main SAP Taulia LinkedIn page; building bespoke strategies for five of their executives, including the CEO, alongside support for the wider C-Suite; and developing an employee advocacy solution from the ground up to get the broader team active on LinkedIn. Each strand involved careful research to accurately reflect the SAP Taulia brand while still capturing the unique tone of each individual executive.
To work within the regulatory demands of the financial industry, we built a bespoke content approval workflow, researching industry rules in depth and developing content in close collaboration with the internal SAP Taulia team.
On the main page, that meant a steady stream of educational carousels, single images, and video content built around goals ranging from engagement to webinar sign-ups and link clicks. For the employee advocacy strand, we researched, developed, and created a full suite of training documentation to get the internal team confident and effective on LinkedIn.
Our Human-First Approach
On LinkedIn, most companies talk through a logo alone. SAP Taulia had something better: a CEO, four more executives, and a whole team with real expertise. We build the strategy around them.
Each exec got their own strategy, researched so the posts sounded like them rather than the brand page, with support for the wider C-suite. Then we trained the wider SAP Taulia team to post with confidence.
Through a considered, human-first approach, SAP Taulia started being heard through its people, not just its page.
The results are in
Since June 2024, the partnership has turned a fragmented presence into a genuinely joined-up one, driving 840,000+ impressions, improved engagement, and a marked rise in engagement rate across the board.
The content that moved the numbers
Educational carousels, executive-led thought leadership, and employee advocacy training worked as one system rather than separate efforts - giving SAP Taulia a single, coherent voice across every corner of LinkedIn.
